Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Policy Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the services booked. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will be charged the full amount. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No refunds on packages or services already rendered.
